Kitchen Assistant (Nazareth, PA)

Title : Kitchen Assistant

Starting Rate : $12.00 per Hour

Routine Functions of the Position :

• 12 Hour Shifts. Two week rotating schedule. 3 days one week, 4 days the following week.
• Cut, Prep, and clean food and desserts as necessary to assist the cook.
• Wash and Rinse dishes and load them into the dishwasher after every meal.
• Set tables for 90 staff and residents.
• Assist with labeling, rotating and stocking groceries once a week.
• Must have caring demeanor, as you will be interacting with residents and families.

Other Requirements :

• Stand / Walk up to twelve hours a day.
• Occasionally lift / carry up to 50 pounds.
• Frequently support up to 70 pounds.
• Frequently kneel, bend, squat, climb and reach.
• Push / Pull up to 100 pounds.
• Use of basic office equipment. (Ex. Fax, Copier)

Minimum Qualifications :

• Experience : Entry Level Position. Experience preferred but not necessary.
• All required trainings will be though the company (Ex. CPR, Diabetic Training, HIPPA, and so on.)
