We're looking for a Professional General Manager to join our team! Nova creates hundreds of warm solar leads every week and as we continue to grow as a company across the US, we are looking to hire a Professional General Manager to build teams, market development, manage, operate lead setters, closers, train and development assistant managers. ```Duties```
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our business, including sales, customer service, and operations, building teams, running lead setters, closers and other assistant managment.
Your duties will include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Managing and leading a team of employees to ensure high performance and productivity
- Monitoring sales performance and implementing initiatives to drive revenue growth
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, including scheduling, route assignments, orientation, training and quality closes and lead setting control.
- Analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for business expansion
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
```Skills```
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Having done self gen, lead setting and closing in the solar industry.
- Proven experience in door-to-door sales or customer service
- Proficiency in software applications such as Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Knowledge of solar sales or technical sales along with leading, building and managing teams.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively if needed be to get started in Market.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective marketing strategies
