* Perform periodic cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, and shampooing rugs and carpets.
* Responsible for mixing water and detergents in containers according to product specifications and preventing damage to floors.
* Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and/or vacuuming.
* Spot cleans or shampoo carpets & strip, seal, finish, and polish floors.
* Drives vehicles (vans) for travel to various work sites.
* May have to move equipment and supplies either manually or by using a hand truck.
* Notifies the Manager and/ or Lead of the need for any major equipment repairs or additions needed in custodial services.
* Informs Manager and/ or Lead of supplies and equipment needed for cleaning or maintenance duties.
* Wash, dry, and fold rags and towels- all team members are responsible.
* Responsible for checking off tasks daily to ensure the area was cleaned and the building was completed.
* Represents the company at all times with professionalism & a commitment to quality.
* Performs all other duties as assigned by the Manager.
