The residential support specialist will provide residential support, supervision, and medical assistance to clients in residential and supportive housing programs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe and proper conduct in the residential program
• Conduct regular security for compliance
• Conduct room inspections and bed checks
• Respond appropriately to emergency situations
• Properly document clients’ night activities in the log and complete necessary assigned documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned by the treatment coordinator.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• CRSS a plus for individuals in recovery.
• MAC certification eligibility required within 30 days of hire.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Personable and ability to work with internal and external customers.

Travel:

• Some local travel may be necessary.

• Must be willing to use and have your own personal transportation.

• Mileage reimbursement for personal use of vehicle is included.

Physical Requirements:

Requires the physical ability to sit, stand, bend, and walk for moderate to long periods of time.

Must have the ability to drive a motor vehicle.

Working in a residential setting with mild, hot, and cold temperatures depending upon the season of the year.

Shifts Available:

(Full Time) RSS II -Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 7a-5p

(Part Time) RSS I -Saturday & Sunday 7a-3p

(Part Time) RSS I -Saturday & Sunday 3p-11p
