Aletheia House is looking for individuals to provide behavioral health services to adult men and/or women who have been diagnosed with a substance use disorder, including an opioid use disorder. Area/County Served: Lee County.
Position Summary:
The Residential Aide provides residential support, supervision, and medical assistance to clients in residential and supportive housing programs.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Ensure safe and proper conduct in the residential program
-Conduct regular security for compliance
-Conduct room inspections and bed checks
-Respond appropriately to emergency situations
-Properly document clients’ night activities in the log and complete necessary assigned documentation
-Perform other duties as assigned by the nurse coordinator.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree preferred.
-CRSS a plus for individuals in recovery.
-MAC certification eligibility required within 30 days of hire.
Schedule: Part-Time and Full -Time hours available
6a-4p; Monday through Thursday
2p-7p; Monday through Thursday
5p-10p; Monday through Thursday
930a-730a; Monday through Thursday (Overnight)
830a-230p; Friday and Saturday
