**Job Summary:**
Alessandro's Restaurant is looking for candidates for full time server position that have a minimum 2 years experience ready to work in a fun and fast pace environment
**Duties:**
-be able to recommend drinks/wine for our guests according to their dish
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily store operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
- Train, develop, and motivate team members
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process
- Collaborate with the Manager to set sales targets and implement strategies to achieve them
**Skills:**

- Proficiency in retail math and cash handling
- Training and development skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively
- Knowledge of stock management practices
- Experience in conducting interviews
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus

Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in POS systems, including experience with Toast pos
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional service to patrons
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Proficiency in basic math skills, including retail math calculations
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, such as banquet or catering services
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting, with an understanding of food industry standards
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work well in a team environment, including training and managing other team members
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Previous experience in management or leadership roles is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2.83 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
