Acara Solutions is hiring an Accounting Associate for our client, a Fortune 500 Bank in Buffalo, NY!

We are seeking qualified candidates with experience:

• In Accounting (General Ledger reconciliation, A/P & A/R)
• Researching data and preparing financial reports

Here's what you'll do:

• Sort/file accounting source documentation.
• Verify mathematical accuracy of accounting documents.
• Balance worksheet totals and reconcile transactions to the General Ledger accounts.
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets.
• Other accounts payable and accounts receivable duties.

Type: Contract to Possible Direct

Pay: $19/hr.

Hours: M-F 1^st shift **100% Onsite

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years' administrative/office or accounting experience.
• 2 years' experience using Microsoft Office.

• Associate's Degree in Accounting.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
