Aleron is Hiring an A&P Technician Near Melbourne, FL
- Perform operation checks on:
- Hydraulic systems
- Pneumatic systems
- Plumbing
- Precision assemblies
- Rigging
- Controls
- Perform serviceability tests on repaired components/systems
- Use test equipment specified by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM)
- Submit completed/in-progress work to Maintenance Lead for review
- Submit completed work to Quality Assurance for final/in-progress inspection and re-certification of airworthiness
- Inspect completed work to identify any needed rework before signing off
- Ensure that repaired components meet prescribed standards and tolerances
- $24 - $32 per hour (depending on experience)
- Shift: 1st (7AM- 3:30PM) 2nd (3:30PM-12AM) Weekend (7AM-7PM Fri-Sun)
- Two weeks of extensive training and opportunity to cross train in other departments

- Must have a current A&P License
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as an A&P Mechanic/Technician
- High School Diploma/GED
- Strong decision-making and leadership skills
- 5 years of maintenance work using your A&P License
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
