We are looking for temps to join us in our Collegiate Customer Service department to join us from June – October 2024 in our Syracuse, NY location!

Our Collegiate customer service team would be responsible for assisting with general customer service questions as well as working with our carriers on enrollments and issues.

Client Service:

• Assist our members by educating and answering their questions via phone and emails
• Processes enrollments and terminations within our system and with Carriers
• Act as a liaison with Account Managers and our Carrier Partners

Technical Support:

• Utilizing the Company’s systems to document and track transitions and information
• Knowledge of carrier websites
• Knowledge of Excel, Word and required

Personal Attributes:

• Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy as well as organized, self-starting and relationship building skills
• Ability to shift focus and manage time in order to prioritize work load and to meet time sensitive deadlines
• Display strong verbal and written skills while communicating

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: 1-2 years’ office experience

Capabilities: Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

Expertise in Microsoft Office products
