The Operations Specialist II - Payoff/Reinstatement in the Shared Services Department will be responsible for drafting payoff or reinstatement letters, handling client inquiries and escalated requests regarding payoff/reinstatement letters, processing funds received, and calculating fees and costs. The processor will maintain strict timelines and be held to a high quality standard.
