Quality Manager
What we are looking for:
We are looking to add a Quality Manager to the team to ensure that all project management processes and technical aspects of construction, including those provided by subcontractors and suppliers, are in accordance with corporate policies and contract requirements. Support Project teams to ensure effective procedures are implemented to ensure that installations, workmanship, and materials comply with contract requirements. Verify that the requirements of the Aldridge Quality Program are met.
The Quality Manager (QM) follows internal Quality Program Initiatives to ensure that Aldridge meets or exceeds customer expectations. These Quality initiatives ensure that projects are properly organized and managed to ensure that the customer gets the product that was specified, installed effectively and correctly the first time. The QM, through the project PreStart and in progress Auditing processes, documents the state of Quality Program measurables being managed by the Project Management Teams. The QM is accountable to ensure that all major projects are audited consistently via Pre-Start audits and in-person progress audits (at early stages and before 70% completion), and that Quality audits are documented and are promptly shared with Operations stakeholders and executives. The Quality Program measurables include, but are not limited to Safety Plans, project Roles & Responsibilities; Estimate Handoff; Contract Abstracts; Deliverables Log; Document Control; Work Breakdown Structure (WBS); material, tooling & equipment plans; Work Plans; Inspection & Testing Plans; Prep Phase / Pre-Activity meetings; Initial Phase / First of Kind Inspections; pre-fab opportunities, & project Risks & Opportunities.
