Preventative Maintenance/Delivery Driver
Looking for a reliable applicant to help grow our restaurant business in the Columbus market. Product deliveries to direct accounts as well as preventative maintenance/small repairs to commercial dish machines and dispensing equipment in the Columbus area.
Should be detail oriented and able to work well with minimal supervision. Electrical and plumbing skills a plus. Must have a clean driving record as the right candidate will be provided a company vehicle.
Friendly customer service skills.
Job responsibilities:
- Delivering product to direct accounts
- Maintaining and repairing commercial dish machines
- Maintaining and repairing dietary, housekeeping and laundry dispensing systems
- Performing preventative maintenance at specified accounts
- Filling out service order forms
- Completing driver’s log
- Rotating on-call duties

Since 1969 family-owned Alco-Chem, Inc. has been locally manufacturing and distributing warewash, housekeeping and laundry chemicals. We are also a distributor of janitorial and sanitation supplies with our main location in downtown Akron at 45 N. Summit Street, and a second location in Canton at 1303 Park Avenue SW.
We sell and lease commercial High Temp and Low Temp dish machines including CMA, American Dish and Knight. Our technicians provide excellent repair service on both dish machine and dispensing equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
