ALCHEMCO is a dynamic and growing manufacturing company specializing in concrete waterproofing solutions. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Secretary to join our team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development in the marketing department.

Future Alchemist:

1. Administrative Support

- Assist the marketing team with daily administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, eventing, and organization.

- Prepare and distribute marketing materials, social media accounts, and assist with team projects.

2. Communication

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution.

- Assist in drafting and proofreading marketing content, including emails, press releases, and social media posts.

3. Social Media Management

- Manage and update company’s social media profiles (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Plan and schedule social media posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media analytics.

- Assist in developing and implementing social media campaigns to promote company’s products or services.

4. Project Coordination

- Support the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.

- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion.

5. Research and Analysis

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.

- Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and ROI.

6. Team Collaboration

- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, develop strategies, and implement creative solutions.

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions with innovative ideas and suggestions.

Qualifications: INTERNS WELCOME

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.

- Previous experience in a similar role or internship is beneficial but not required.

- Eager to learn and grow in the marketing industry.

- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

- Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Creative thinker with the ability to think outside the box and contribute innovative ideas.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, Canva, Google, and other relevant software.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus.

- Knowledge of the concrete industry is beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
