ALC Steel Corporation is looking for an Assistant Estimator/Ass't Project manager with experience working in commercial subcontractor construction

Assistant Project Manager Qualifications:

• 3 years (min) Experience Required
• Proficient in various computer programs i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, planswift, Procore and AutoCAD
• Organizational skills

Assistant Project Manager Duties/Responsibilities:

• Organize, coordinate and facilitate many aspects of projects
• Coordinate between multiple projects from contract award to final completion
• Ability to read and comprehend contract drawings and shop drawings
• Communicate effectively to coordinate with contractors, suppliers, engineers & architects.
• Create and manage RFI's, submittals, transmittals, change orders, in etc.
• Be able to prioritize assignments while working on multiple concurrent projects
