Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dairy Manager to join our team. As the Dairy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dairy department. This includes managing inventory, supervising staff, ensuring product quality, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties: - Manage all aspects of the dairy department, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and merchandising dairy products - Ensure proper rotation and freshness of dairy products - Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to minimize waste and maximize profitability - Train and develop team members on product knowledge, customer service, and department procedures - Schedule and supervise staff to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service - Maintain a clean and organized department that meets health and safety standards - Collaborate with store management to develop sales strategies and achieve department goals - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement innovative ideas to drive sales Skills: - Bilingual/multilingual skills preferred - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent team management and leadership abilities - Ability to effectively train and develop team members - Proficient in retail sales techniques - Knowledge of store management principles - Ability to recruit and hire qualified staff members - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written We offer competitive pay based on experience along with a comprehensive benefits package.
