We are looking for an HR Technology Project Manager to assist in managing our Human Resources systems, including Banner HR/Payroll, applicant tracking, compliance training, performance management, and any future HR technologies. In this role, your duties will include analyzing the efficiency of our HR systems, reviewing and auditing HRIS operational processes; liaision with IT departments to oversee application upgrades; generate ad-hoc reports as well as generating metrics for both Human Resources as well as for LCME.
