Position Overview:

The Estimator I is responsible for assisting the preparation of individual estimates and for total preparation of estimates as assigned, including accountability for accurate and timely quantity surveys and preliminary pricing. The Estimator I must make every effort to satisfy the needs of the client with respect to each estimate. They must develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors in order to ensure we receive competitive and complete pricing for all estimates. The Estimator I is also accountable for utilizing proper procedures and available tools in the preparation of an estimate.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related technical field; field construction management experience is preferred but not required. This is typically an entry-level role.
