They work with the Retail Website Manager to develop and follow a strong daily operations strategy to ensure their team is functioning at max performance. The Retail Website Supervisor and their team are the voice of the brand through their phone and e-mail communication with our customers, and by taking pride in picking and packing orders with the highest level of attention to detail. WORKING RELATIONSHIP

Reporting to the Retail Website Manager, the Retail Website Supervisor will work directly with other departments including retail store operations, customer service, warehouse, marketing, and human resources. They will work directly and indirectly with customers and vendor partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Direct shift resource allocation and assignments for designated work environment.
  • Ensure Customer Service expectations, efficient work output, and company policies and procedures are being met.
  • Lead and support staff in special customer transactions.
  • Verify and direct job reporting activities.
  • Actively motivates team members to perform at their best.
  • Process customer orders, transactions, and inquiries. These services may be done via phone and e-mail.
  • Share customer requests and feedback with management to ensure we are providing the best customer experience possible.
  • Train and evaluate personnel on policies and procedures.
  • Assists with overseeing team member scheduling.
  • Assists with overseeing Samples Associates daily tasks.
  • Performs inventory counts and places sales orders from internal warehouses.
  • Perform or guide team members in receiving merchandise from internal warehouses or outside vendors to ensure proper quantity and quality.
  • Oversee operational needs and communicate them with management.
  • Develops problem solution and confers with Retail Website Manager to implement corrective actions.
  • Enforces all policies and procedures for the retail website operations.
  • Ensures retail website operations and in compliance with all company Quality, HACCP, GMP, and Food Safety Standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent interpersonal skills- working with team members, leaders, & customers.
  • Hard worker who is a self-starter and innovative.
  • Team leadership skills
  • Adaptability
  • Strong skills in problem analysis and problem solving.
  • Knowledge and proficiency Microsoft Office software
  • Knowledge and proficiency in web hosting platforms such as, BigCommerce or Shopfiy is desired but not required.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in shipping platforms such as ShipStation.
  • Great verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to stand for up to 10 hours or more with applicable breaks.

EDUCATION

  • Must have a High School Diploma or a G.E.D.
