The Retail Website Manager oversees the overall functions of Retail Website operations, always keeping the customer experience a priority. This leader is passionate and sets the tone for the high energy & face paced environment of the Retail Website operations.
This leader uses corporate and retail departmental goals as a guide to look for improvements throughout operations. They build the strongest relationships with retail, warehouse, marketing, and supporting departments by being upfront and collaborative with team leaders from other departments. They are clear about departmental gaps and help provide guidance and resources to eliminate inefficiencies.
This person uses their knowledge of retail website operations and the back-end systems to ensure the team is operating at peak efficiency. They regularly evaluate processes to ensure the best customer experience on the front end of the website. They stay up to date with the latest technologies to provide an exceptional customer experience and work with marketing and outside vendors to maximize SEO and increase website traffic and sales.
They guide their teams using the core principles of ACG. They require creativity from themselves and their team. They drive a “nothing is impossible” attitude and view issues as direct challenges to better themselves and their team.

WORKING RELATIONSHIP
Reporting to the Director of Retail and Ecommerce Operations, Retail Website Manager will work directly with other department leaders including warehouse, procurement, engineering, marketing, sales, customer service, operations, and human resources. They will work directly and indirectly with customers and vendor partners.
