Position Summary: As the APAC Document Cloud (DC) Sales Operations Manager, your role is to encourage sales standard methodologies and enhance market opportunities to drive corporate strategies and sales success for the Adobe Document Cloud business. The ideal candidate will have shown experiences in efficiently implementing and optimizing Channel & Enterprise sales processes and programs which deliver efficient sales engines. Key responsibilities include. Key Responsibilities: Lead DC Go-To-Market business reviews to drive operational excellence. Accountable for improvements to DC Sales Productivity & Attainment in APAC. Interpret and assess current business practices and provide innovative approaches for improved efficiency and effectiveness Organize and drive standardized opportunity and account planning practices. Maintain strong relationships with cross-functional peers to evaluate effectiveness of programs and impact of operational strategies and programs. Requirements: 5 years’ experience in sales operations role Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities and collaboration skills. Excellent verbal, written communication skills, ability to present sophisticated ideas to diverse audiences Ability to deal with ambiguity in international environments Strong Excel skills are a must and a Tableau or Power BI environments is highly desirable. Some knowledge of SQL would be advantageous.
