Summary:
JOB SUMMARY: The Analytics Engagement Specialist operates as a member of the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) Analytics Engagement Team and has a passion for data. ANTHC’s Analytics Engagement Team works collaboratively with partners, data stewards, data consumers, and members of ANTHC’s broader Data & Analytics Team to implement effective analytics solutions for ANTHC and Tribal Health partners across Alaska. This is primarily a customer-facing role focused on supporting a data-driven culture within the Tribal Health System by working closely with cross-functional teams to roll out new analytics products, create shared reusable logic, implements grants with analytics components and increase data literacy. The Engagement Specialist cultivates end-user success by ensuring users understand when and how to use and access analytics products and to interpret and leverage data for reporting and outcomes improvement. Level I employees perform work under general supervision, may only perform more complex tasks under close supervision, generally requiring instruction and mentoring, but can use available data to make basic decisions regarding their work. Level II performs complex and responsible tasks within this position, analyzes data to make decisions, trains lower-level employees, and often works with minimal supervision. Level III employees combine communication and business analysis with engagement skills to transform clinical, financial and operational processes, affecting multiple organizations.
