The Project Manager of the Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) Department will be responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within our ETS division. The Project Manager will work under the supervision of the Sr. Project Manager to support the teams and facilitate efficiencies throughout the installation process. This includes supporting business performance metrics, reaching financial objectives and operational goals, and maintaining effective and quality results.

Job Description:
Expert in the development of project plans for the installation of IT infrastructure and low-voltage cabling on large-scale, commercial construction projects.
Vast experience in managing projects from start to finish, including defining project scope, objectives, tasks, personnel requirements, scheduling and timelines.
Maintain clear and timely communication with project stakeholders, team members, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure project needs are met.
Maintain project documentation, including project schedules, status reports, and risk assessments.
Identify and assess project risks and work with the project team to develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Assist in monitoring project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and action items.
Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve project-related issues and obstacles.
Gather feedback from clients and stakeholders to assess project performance and make improvements as needed.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices within the organization.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
Possess a current and valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with no DUI or DWIs within the past 5 years.
Must pass a criminal background check and a drug test.
Willing to travel locally, statewide, or regionally when needed.
Possess a professional attitude that will positively represent the Alamon organization to employees, clients, and the communities in which we work.
A bachelor’s degree in business administration or 5 years of experience in business administration, project management, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in project coordination or a related role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
Experience in the technical services or IT industry.
Familiarity with enterprise-level software and hardware solutions.
Work Environment:
This position includes a remote/hybrid work environment with accommodation to be on-call and on-site when necessary to support the needs of the company.
The work environment may include a partially environmentally controlled indoor environment.
May be subjected to noise levels, ranging from low volume to loud and will be required to wear provided safety hearing devices from time to time.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to ride in a vehicle for extended periods of time to travel to and from job sites.
Ability to work in different temperatures and through changing weather conditions.
Must be able to traverse all areas of a job site. This may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, or stretching.
