Our well established and state of the art general and cosmetic dental office in San Antonio, TX is seeking a skilled, experienced, and passionate General Dentist to join our team! We are looking for a Doctor who is driven with a strong clinical background, who builds rapport easily with others, is a natural leader and who is ready to take their career to the next level within an established office and team! Our office utilizes state-of-the-art and digital equipment including a CBCT and Itero Scanner! We have a high demand for full mouth makeovers, so prior experience with these types of procedures is a plus!

We use Dentrix as our scheduling software, and experience with Dentrix would be a plus. However, even without Dentrix experience, we have skilled Dental Assistants that will assist you in becoming comfortable!

What we offer:

• A well-established practice with long-term patient base
• $150,000 per month in production
• Compensation model includes 30% Net Production for the first 5 months (through the Credentialing process), then moving to 30% Net Collections
• PPO & Fee-for-service - no Medicaid or HMO plans.
• Monday-Thursday (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) work schedule with occasional Fridays (8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.) as needed to support patient care needs.
• We are looking to add a full time provider ( 32-36 hours/week)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ideally 3 years of Clinical Experience
• DMD or DDS from accredited dental school.
• Valid state dental license
