Dr. Brandon Pack, an alumni of UT Houston & Air Force Veteran, is eager to find a

Partner for his practice in the Bandera, TX area. He has served the San Antonio, TX Metro

community for over 20 years and is ready to expand his fee for service private practice & would

love to be a mentor & support you as you grow in your career.

Frontier Family Dentistry is dedicated to teamwork, committed to a positive work

environment, and ready to find a strong Dentist that is looking to enhance their skills using state

of the art technology (Intraoral Scanner, Intraoral Camera, Digital X Rays & Digital Pano) to

improve the quality of life for their patients!

Compensation:

  • Per Diem available during ramp up period
  • Percentage of collections (our team averages over 100% collection rate!)
  • Unlimited earnings potential – current Associates earn over $180K/yr. working just 3
  • days/week.

Schedule:

  • 3 Days / week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday!
  • 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Potential to add additional days!
  • No Nights or Weekends!

Qualifications & What we are looking for in you …

  • DMD or DDS from accredited dental school
  • Valid Texas dental license (or in the process of obtaining) that is in good standing
  • Ability to pass an extensive criminal background check
  • Ability to maintain state required insurance coverage
  • 2 years of experience in General Dentistry
  • Experienced in General Dentistry. Advanced training in Implant Placement, Endo,
  • Ortho, and Oral Surgery is a plus
  • Confident & driven – you will be leading your team to success
  • Friendly & flexible – able to get along with your team members & be a leader in the
  • practice
  • Responsible & ambitious – our team is counting on you to be successful & serve our
  • community
  • Caring & compassionate – your ability to lead the team & connect with your patients will
  • allow you to thrive
