Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and helping us achieve our business goals. In need of someone who is smart and can multi task and will be able to work independently once given a task

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Will also be working as office assistant answering phones/ faxes/ sending out discharge summaries/ keeping up with TCM are some of the job duties.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including print advertising, email marketing, and performance marketing.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.

- Support the coordination of events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.

- Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining marketing calendars, organizing files, and managing inventory of marketing materials.

- Assist in Office Assistant duties/ sending discharge summaries/ Anything other office assistant related activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent copywriting abilities.

- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: $49,422.00 - $52,079.00 per year
