This position is a temporary position providing additional support with Crisis Intervention, Low-Income Emergency Home Energy Assistance program. Within this position the Intake Worker will be interviewing customers to determine eligibility for heating, cooling and emergency assistance.
Position is a PT temporary position. Hours may be up to 39 hours per week during peak season. Hours will typically be within a Monday-Friday 8-5 p.m. schedule.

Education & Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent required. One or more years of customer service experience.
Computer Skills: Basic experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
License/Credentials: Bilingual in Spanish, preferred.
