- Maintain professional and friendly demeanor with customers and Alabev team
- Answering the phone and transferring calls to appropriate destinations
- Maintaining lobby including job application copies and pens
- Have all new applicants complete paper application, make a copy of applicant's drivers license and social security card.
- Completing price changes according to company guidelines
- Set up new retail accounts
- Set up Retail Portal eCommerce accounts
- Answer front door
- Send and receive mail then disperse to correct locations
- Create hot shots and employee tickets.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
