Cutters Edge is adding a new Production Manager to its growing team! Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role will plan, schedule and direct crew member work and deliver high levels of quality work and customer service to our customers.

This is a fulltime, benefit eligible role with a collaborative team culture where new hires are actively developed and mentored. We support a learning culture, where employees are encouraged to advance their skills through training, education, and on-the-job experience.

Working conditions: This job operates in an outdoor setting approximately 80%-90% of the time, assessing quality, training, meeting customers, and evaluating work in progress.Must be able to drive to 1 or more job locations daily.

This role routinely uses landscaping tools and equipment and occasionally may operate machinery. This role may operate large equipment. This employee drives a company vehicle (truck/trailer).

Physical requirements: This position will have to work odd or long hours at any-time to complete special requests for projects/customers jobs. Requires ability to lift 40 lbs., walk 3-4 miles daily on job sites, and tolerate heat and cold extremes.
