ALAANT is Hiring a Payroll coordinator Near Albany, NY
Alaant Workforce Solutions is looking for someone with a background in accounting or payroll, to join our client who specializes in home healthcare.
You’ll work directly under the CFO to ensure that payroll and accounting needs are fulfilled, while also having the opportunity to expand your skills.

Hours and Benefits for the Payroll Coordinator :
Monday-Friday, traditional business hours
$20-$22.00 / hour, based on experience
Benefits package, medical, PTO and retirement
Responsibilities for the Payroll Coordinator :
Assist with preparation of billing and payroll, managing records, updates and correspondence
Perform data entry tasks into database for weekly payroll
Post daily lockbox and cash deposits
Manage charges, invoices and payments for various accounts
Assist with weekly reconciliation
Collaborate with CFO and team members to assist with tasks in AP / payroll
Requirements for the Payroll Coordinator :
Experience with MS Office
