We are looking for an organized and self-motivated employee to join our internet team as an Amazon Account Specialist. Our Amazon Seller platform is a large part of our e-commerce and we sell a wide variety of sporting goods products from various suppliers and brands. The ideal candidate is resourceful and hardworking under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• General Seller Central Account maintenance
• Troubleshoot all Amazon Seller Account issues
• Maintain good account health
• Monitor Account Health metrics
• File and appeal claims e.g., SAFE-T, chargeback claims, A-Z Guarantee
• Resolve Policy Compliance violations
• Adjust and correct product listings as needed
• Manage and respond to customer feedback and Voice of the Customer ratings
• Work with suppliers to obtain necessary compliance documentation
• All other assigned responsibilities as needed
