BDC Representative

Al Piemonte Buick GMC is family owned and all employees are treated with respect. We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated BDC Rep to join our team!

Job Duties:

• Following and maintaining relationship with new and previous customers
• Contacting internet sales inquiries via phone, email, and text messages
• Determining each customer's vehicle needs by active listening
• Learning, understanding, and following call and email scripts
• Setting, confirming, and following up on appointments for our sales team
• Gathering customers information for future follow up
• Other duties as required

The ideal BDC Representative will also have:

• Previous call center or sales experience is helpful, but not required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to establish rapport and build relationships to ensure repeat customers
• Strong multi-tasking and organization skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Positive energy and a great team player
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
