As the Principal of Almadinah School Queens Camps , you will lead the school community by fostering an environment that is academically rigorous and aligned with Islamic values. Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping the educational landscape, promoting a culture of excellence and respect, and ensuring that all students achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic vision in alignment with the school’s mission and Islamic principles.

• Manage daily school operations, including scheduling, staff evaluations, student admissions, and discipline.

• Lead, motivate, and support a high-performing faculty and administrative team to cultivate an environment that prioritizes student learning and well-being.

• Oversee curriculum development to ensure it meets all regulatory standards and aligns with Islamic values.

• Engage with the community through outreach, communications, and partnerships to enhance the school’s profile and educational resources.

• Manage the school budget effectively and oversee the allocation of funds to maximize resources dedicated to student education.

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and maintain accreditation standards.

• Promote inclusivity and respect for diversity within the school community.

• Provide guidance and counseling services to students on academic and behavioral issues.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Education Administration, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• Experience in educational leadership, preferably in an Islamic school setting.
• Strong understanding of the teachings and values of Islam as they relate to education and community life.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a collaborative school environment.
• Commitment to high professional ethical standards in a diverse workplace.
