JOB TITLE: Contract Attorney in Labor Law (Remote Position)

AKUA BEHAVIORAL HEALTH is a Healthcare company with facilities in Northern and Southern California. We are looking to hire an Independent Contractor with a Fixed Fee Retainer. The right candidate will have the following Direct Experience.

• California Labor Law
• Direct Experience in Employer Representation
• Experience in Wage and Hour / PAGA Claims
• Employment Disputes / Handbook Policy
• Labor and employment laws

Skills and Qualification:

· Accredited California Law degree (Required)

· Minimum of 5 years of experience with California Labor Law

· Direct Experience in Employer Representation

Compensation: $ 80,000 per year

Location: Remote Position
