Responsibilities:

- Provide clinical supervision and oversight to a team of professionals working with individuals with autism.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and monitor behavior management strategies to promote positive outcomes for patients.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to patients and their families.
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address emotional and behavioral issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay current on clinical research and best practices in the field of autism treatment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, counseling, social work).
- Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of patient care principles and practices.
- Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques.
- Familiarity with clinical counseling theories and approaches.
- Knowledge of ICD-10 coding and documentation requirements.
- Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
