Receive and address incoming requests from internal customers via shared mailboxes or ticketing systems within assigned SLA.
Efficiently manage caseloads, ensuring timely acceptance of cases and daily review.
Deliver top-notch customer service in every interaction, leveraging resources to resolve issues.
Uphold departmental productivity and quality standards, aiming to exceed service levels.
Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and operational procedures, with attention to reporting and productivity tracking.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
