JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
We are seeking a Senior Technology Program Manager specialized in Workday & HCM Application Platforms to join enterprise technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex, large-scale technology-driven projects, focusing on the enhancement, integration, and modernization of HCM Application Platforms.

• Develop and oversee the project management methodology for HCM Application Platform Projects, ensuring continual delivery of product enhancements and functionality.
• Partner and collaborate with technical leaders and business teams to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of programs.
• Successfully lead Workday & HCM Application Platform projects from planning and requirements gathering to execution and implementation, focusing on time, cost, scope, and quality.
• Responsible for program deliverables including issue/risk management, financials, and stakeholder coordination.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience leading programs from end to end, specifically within the contexts of RFP, planning, vendor management, and budget management.
• In-depth understanding and experience managing migrations or transformations from PeopleSoft to Workday.
• Strong foundation in Agile methodologies and experience with Human Capital Management platform environments.
