Job ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator with a passion for technology and project delivery to support the execution of enterprise-level projects within our Enterprise Technology portfolio. As part of a dynamic and collaborative environment, the ideal candidate will facilitate meetings, track progress across different phases, and ensure alignment of internal and external stakeholders, contributing to the seamless execution of technology projects across various domains.
- Perform project coordination tasks with guidance from senior project management team members.
- Create and manage schedules including key deliverables and milestones for one or multiple project work streams.
- Provide timely updates to the Project Governance team on workstream progress and manage project financial forecasts.
- Support 3rd party vendor and international team alignments to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Strong meeting facilitation and collaborative tools expertise (e.g., MS Project Online, Slack, MS Teams).
- Proven understanding and exposure to project management processes and methodologies (agile, waterfall, hybrid).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
