Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the production process to ensure efficiency and quality, as well as the cleanliness and functionality of our facility. This is a critical role that requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor the production process from start to finish
- Ensure that production targets are met within the specified timeframe
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or bottlenecks in the production line
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain product standards
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supplies
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
