Akkodis is looking for a Master Data Analyst for a contract position in Columbus, OH.
Contract Duration: 3 - month contract with possible extension
Pay rate: $25.00/ hourly
Job Summary
Acts as a subject matter expert related to the creation and maintenance of corporate master data. Supports the day-to-day execution of corporate master data creation and maintenance. Performs system analysis and problem resolution and provides system change/enhancement support to ensure efficient administration of corporate master data throughout SAP and related systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Analyzes complex master data system and data issues and resolves or recommends resolution actions.
Assists department with workload prioritization and execution.
Assists in the development, implementation, and maintenance of all central master data best practices and recommends changes as needed.
Develops training materials and conducts training of the central master data team.
Defines functional requirements and performs configuration changes and testing of master data enhancements.
Creates and maintains corporate code values for HTS, Season Codes, Tax Codes, Buyer/Merchandise Category relationships, Reference Articles, Classifications, and Corporate Attributes.
Performs regular monitoring and maintenance of articles, sites, and vendors.
Develops and monitors department productivity reports and reviews results with management.
Functions as a central master data team liaison to buying and IT.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
2 years of experience in merchandising required.
Prior SAP Master Data experience required.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
Strong organization, multitasking, prioritization, and verbal & written communication skills required.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and follow-up skills required.
