Akerman is Hiring an IT Technician Near Orlando, FL

Akerman LLP, a top 100 U.S. law firm serving clients across the Americas, is seeking an IT Technician to be based in its Orlando, FL office. This is an onsite position. The incumbent will perform PC, software, smartphone and tablet, and printer support, set-ups, diagnostics/troubleshooting, and repair. We require a High School diploma; college degree preferred. Qualified candidates will have and a minimum of two (2) years of work with PCs, desktop software such as Microsoft Office, as well as experience with AV and networks. Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail are REQUIRED. Experience in a large law firm setting with Microsoft OS and PC hardware certifications are desired. iManage (Document Management System) and Citrix experience is a plus.
