We’re looking for someone with:

• A high school degree or equivalent.
• 1-year prior experience with a luxury hospitality organization.
• Strong guest services skills.
• Problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Highly detail-oriented .
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Performing guests check-ins and checkouts; answering the phones; replying to guests/residents’ emails; handling packages and mail; assisting residents with their needs; inputting work orders for maintenance and housekeeping.
• Follow up with residents on housekeeping/maintenance requests once they have been completed.
• Maintaining a positive working relationship with all residents, team members, and guests.
• Ensuring that the highest standards of service and professionalism meet our guest’s needs.
• Auditing new reservations to ensure accuracy.

The hospitality industry requires varying schedules to support the business needs of the hotel.
