Job Description:

• Sales and marketing for advertisements on our in-house media targeting tourists and locals from both Japan and the United States.
• Promotion of advertisements in our in-house media.

Media for Tourists:

• Propose advertisements to local restaurants, shops, salons, and more, for inclusion in our media.
• Our media enjoys high recognition locally, facilitating smooth negotiations.
• Approximately 60% of negotiations are conducted in English.

Media for Long-Term Stays and Immigrants:

• Engage in sales with businesses closely related to daily life, such as real estate, clinics, restaurants, and insurance companies, for inclusion in Japanese-oriented media.
• A higher proportion of negotiations are conducted in Japanese.

＜Requirements＞

• At least 2 years of sales experience in any industry.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• A valid U.S. driver's license.
• An interest in advertising and marketing, including experience or coursework in fields like Instagram or other social media platforms.
• A passion for Hawaii.
• Proficiency in both Japanese and English.
• Immediate availability to start work.
• Experience with international study or exchange programs.

• 地元メディアの中でも知名度が高くスムーズな商談に繋がる事が多い※英語での商談が6割

＜ロングステイ・移住者向けメディア＞

• 邦人のための情報媒体への掲載に向け不動産やクリニック、レストラン、保険会社等日常生活に深く関わる企業と取引き（営業）※日本語での商談比率が高め

＜必要事項＞

• 業界問わず営業経験2年以上
• 大卒以上
• 米国の運転免許
• InstagramなどのSNSなど、広告マーケティングに興味のある方（大学で学ばれていたらなお良い）
• ハワイが好きな方
• 日英バイリンガル
• すぐにお仕事始めれる方
• 留学経験
• アメリカで働くVISAがある方（OPT不可）
