Responsibilites
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for production planning
- Analyze production capacity and resource availability to optimize scheduling
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team to ensure materials availability
- Identify and resolve any production scheduling conflicts or issues
- Implement and maintain MRP systems for effective production planning and control
- Continuously improve planning processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with plant management to align production schedules with overall business objectives
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to production planning and scheduling

Experience`
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, or related role
- Strong knowledge of MRP systems and their implementation
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
