Position Overview:

AIT is looking for a self-starter, motivator and team player who is strongly organized and demonstrates effective communication skills both verbally and written to join our IT team!

The CargoWise Support Analyst is responsible for troubleshooting, analyzing and supporting our CargoWise platform for AIT. You’ll work with our internal IT teammates, as well as our International Operations teammates to support and assist with resolving system issues and implementing minor system enhancements.

What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day:

• Assist with answering help desk tickets from users and troubleshooting / resolving issues users may have when operating in the CW system.
• Assist with creating New User Logins and deactivating User Credentials who are no longer with the company.
• Elevate issues to and coordinate with Senior CargoWise Support team for assistance with help desk tickets when needed.
• Assist Senior CargoWise Support team with new features and process development, implementation and support.

Other Skills We Hope to See:

• College Degree and/or equivalent work experience in an IT applications support role required
• 2 years support of Integrations platforms/frameworks; preferably supply chain and logistics
• Experience in the freight forwarding, customs brokerage and contract warehouse sectors of logistics industry is a plus!
• Knowledge of CargoWise One platform required
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Skype-for-Business, FreshDesk, a plus!
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 or equivalent and variety of collaboration, task management and helpdesk tools
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and testing methods used during applications support
• Experience in releasing application software upgrades and enhancements into production
• Good understanding of application development concepts, methodologies and terminology
• Ability to use analytical and decision-making skills to offer options and resolve issues
• Strong customer service aptitude, demeanor and interpersonal communication skills
