- Manage and oversee software development projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and manage the activities of the development team, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and according to quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Identify and manage project risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the development team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
