ABOUT THE ROLE
We need a dynamic and well-spoken Paid Search Specialist to build and maintain deep client relationships while managing paid media campaigns. The Performance Marketing team handles all aspects of our client campaigns - strategy, execution, and tracking to client goals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Plan, develop and implement paid search engine marketing (SEM) strategy & campaigns, working with clients to reach their goals
  • Work on paid search optimization and ROI maximization for clients alongside others on the paid search team
  • Ensure all campaigns run efficiently, on-schedule, within budget, while maintaining strong communication across teams and stakeholders with progress
  • Regularly perform thorough keyword research for campaign and content development that optimize pay per click campaigns (PPC)
  • Identify and report on key PPC KPIs
  • Monitor, clickthrough rate, (CTR), bounce rate, revenue, Cost Per Order (CPO) and other KPIs on daily / weekly basis; prepare and present reports regularly with clear recommendations
  • Quickly identify poor performers, remove them from campaigns and provide alternate approaches to achieve order goals
  • Suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEM / digital marketing trends and best practices

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 2 years of Paid Search campaign management
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role explaining digital media and and corresponding metrics
  • Experience developing and maintaining paid search campaigns
  • Strong understanding of advertising metrics in paid search (CPC, CTR, ROI, conversion rates)
  • Knowledge of content development & landing page optimization best practices a plus
  • Proficient in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Microsoft Ads, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience with research tools including keyword estimators, SEM Rush, Similar Web, Moz, SpyFu or similar tools
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills, in a professional environment
  • Multi-task effectively with precise attention to detail
  • Ability to anticipate and creatively resolve problems
  • Exceptional team player possessing initiative and motivation to work unsupervised
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
