We are headquartered in the heart of Oslo with customers in more than 50 countries. We are 135 employees and counting, including scientists, engineers, developers and visionaries.

You will…

  • Have an important role in developing existing and building new relationships with large leading companies where the Airthings for Business solution is/can be a key part of their commercial offering.
  • Help to develop and execute on the go-to-market plan for Enterprise Accounts including the entire Airthings for Business product portfolio.
  • Identify, build, and develop large accounts and partners that can help us achieve our high sales ambitions for our B2B product portfolio.
  • Be responsible for achieving personal targeted sales goals and understand the importance of prospecting and building long term relationships over time.
  • Champion or willing to learn the solution sales process , understand the importance of pipeline creation and forecasting accuracy
  • Understand the competitive landscape and secure relevant feedback from the market to sales, marketing, product and R&D teams

The Essentials. You are…

  • Passionate, enthusiastic and a successful salesperson with a proven track record that wants to be a part of one of the fastest growing tech companies in Europe
  • Experienced in all areas of sales execution including sales process, lead generation, pipeline management and closing deals.
  • Used to working in an environment with many stakeholders and bringing decisions up to C-level executives.
  • You have a hunter mindset and are not afraid of challenging your clients to think out of the box.
  • A key team player, intellectually curious who has a passion to drive and grow business with strategic partners and clients.
  • Structured and analytical with the knowledge to make great business decisions in the best interest of the company.
  • A team player with the ability to work in an international environment.
  • Familiar with solution selling and SaaS (Software as a Service) and preferably have some interest or experience working with Proptech (Property Technology)
  • A self-driven individual who proactively identifies and pursues business opportunities.
  • Fluent in English and Norwegian.

You have… 

  • A proven sales track record
  • A good understanding of the importance of cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills including presentation skills
  • Ability to travel when required
  • Bachelor's degree from a university and/or a good track record within B2B account management
  • CRM experience
  • Experience with solution selling 
  • Interest and experience in digitalization and technology
  • Knowledge or experience selling SaaS (Software as a Service)
