Conducts recruitment of personnel and temporary employees. Performs a variety of personnel related duties in the following functional areas: training, compliance, leave administration, benefits administration, employee relations and events/recognition. Assists the Manager of Human Resources to ensure operational effectiveness and exceptional service to the employee population. Provides information and clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources activities, policies, processes and procedures.
