Job Description:

Our People Team is looking for a passionate talent acquisition professional to own the full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs as we continue to grow and expand internationally. This professional should also be able to attract candidates using various tools and systems, such as LinkedIn, other online job boards, social media networks, and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter possesses work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline that supports our rapid growth. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sourcing strategies for various roles and organically source candidates to fill them.
  • Create a pipeline of high-level candidates for current and future openings, and have regular touch points with these candidates until an offer is ready to be issued. 
  • Partner with team leads to understand the ongoing needs of their sector of the business.
  • Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met.
  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborates with department managers (domestically and internationally) to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Assists with job posting and advertising processes.
  • Manages hiring platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed 
  • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
  • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing candidates for full-time, direct-hire positions
  • Ability and willingness to work autonomously as a hands-on, individual contributor, but with the requisite experience and capability to contribute strategically to the organization
  • Experience building a recruiting framework and familiarity with best practices 
  • Tech-savvy with the curiosity to proactively investigate efficiencies as needed (experience with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse preferred)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills 
  • Organized and strong attention to detail
  • Some travel to the corporate offices

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $55,000 -$70,000
