Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk, assisting customers and answering phone calls
- Assigning work flow to employees and managing productivity
- Manage impounded vehicles and lot inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including certified letters
- Cash handling and reconciliation
- Input invoices
- Oversee the office budget and expenses
- Invoicing customers and third-party companies

Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must have experience dealing with disgruntled customers

- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
